Refund policy

At Bleu Story, we typically do not accept returns. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

1. Defective or Damaged Items: Notify us within 1-2 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
2. Incorrect Item Received: Inform us within 1-2 days of receipt for a correct item and return label.
3. Special Circumstances: Contact us with details for consideration.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated promptly with proof of purchase.
